Crypto Legions Compensation Plan

Part of our mission is to be the example we want to see in the world, and by doing this we will help set new standards for integrity and responsibility within the Play-To-Earn space. Following our mission, we have made great efforts to compensate every trader and player from our Crypto Legions v1 as much as possible, in a way that won’t affect our launch of v2 around the end of May. This will allow our loyal community members who stick with us to not only fully recover all their losses but also enable them to make amazing profits from the success of our v2 launch.

We have been working very hard to screen every single compensation application in detail, and have reviewed and triple-checked every single transaction of all applications on BSCscan. From these calculations we’ve concluded that we will be able to refund all players, who couldn’t sell as they had purchased NFTs, at least 50% of their initial investments into the game back, up to 85% of their initial investments into the game back. The compensation will predominantly come from the Crypto Legions v1 liquidity pool.

Now we’ve calculated all transactions, we have divided all applications into the following categories for compensation:

• People who’s wallet had no transactions related to Crypto Legions v1 on BSCscan, obviously will not receive any compensation.
• Traders who invested a substantial amount into v1, will receive a guaranteed whitelist spot for v2.
• Traders who had a small loss (under $250) because they could recuperate some/most of their investment, or made a profit, are added to the waiting list for a potential whitelist spot for v2.
• All players who lost a relatively small amount will be refunded between 50% to 85% of their loss in three stages over the next 12 months.
• All players who lost a substantial amount will be refunded between 50% to 85% of their loss in three stages over the next 12 months, and additionally receive a guaranteed whitelist spot for v2.

Every single applicant (both players and traders) will receive an email BEFORE May 10th, informing them to which category from the above they belong, and the reason why we decided so. All players will be informed also with the approximate expected amounts they will receive.

Please note that the amount of compensation for players will partially depend on what we can recuperate from v1, and on the token value 3 weeks into v2, so we don’t control the exact amount. This is why we say players will be compensated somewhere between 50% to 85%, in three stages (end June, early August, and end March next year).

What we do know is that every cent that will be recuperated from v1 will be refunded to the players who supported v1, as we won’t keep any of this for ourselves. Additionally they will receive a small airdrop from v2 community tokens 3 weeks after launch.

If you missed the three-week window to apply for compensation just after v1 was exploited, then we are sorry. We can only advise to not let future investments in new crypto projects be unattended for three weeks, we cannot restart our calculations again.

Our calculations are based on the proof of transactions we could find on BSCscan.

If you think your loss is much higher than what we concluded, then please reply to our compensation email with a detailed list of transactions (in/out, buy/sell), your wallet address(es), and a clear calculation/explanation of your loss with clear proof. However, we are very confident that our calculations of what we could find on BSCscan are very accurate, and have been checked by 3 different people.

IMPORTANT — PLAYERS NEED TO REPLY ON OUR COMPENSATION EMAIL:

We want to make sure we send the compensation to the correct real players. All players will be sent the compensation email by May 4th. Players need to reply to the compensation email coming from info@cryptolegions.app to confirm their email address and wallet, in order to claim their compensation.

All players who do not reply to our email, will be contacted on Discord and Telegram before May 6th.

Players who do not reply to the email, Discord, nor Telegram message before June 3rd, will not receive any compensation, and their compensation will be distributed evenly among other players.

If you have completed the compensation form, and did not receive any email from info@cryptolegions.app by May 10th, then please check your spam folder, and/or open a support ticket on our Discord, and we will resend your compensation message on Discord.

Again, every single person who completed the form will be informed about their compensation status, and every player who had a loss (and replies to our email) will be compensated.

This effort is our way of showing gratitude for your support, and making a difference in the crypto world by inspiring other projects to take similar actions in comparable circumstances.

Please keep an eye on the upcoming announcements, because the v2 launch will be much stronger and fully secure. It will happen around the end of May. The exact date will be announced in the second half of May.
